- Primarily Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a shared on‑call rotation for nights and weekends

- Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas
- Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines
- Participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues
- Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
- Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Trade training or certifications preferred
