Mechanical Engineer

Now hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Green Bay, WI!

We are currently looking for a Direct Hire, Mechanical Engineer to design manufacturing drawings to customer specifications. This will include reviewing documentation, determining accurate design requirements, setting up preliminary routings, producing drawings for the shop floor, creating BOM's for purchasing and production, and performing project management duties throughout completion of the job. The Mechanical Engineer will be working closely with the entire Engineering Team and Sales Team to stay innovative with design ideas and new machinery.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the Green Bay area. The standard working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm but very flexible. Salary is based on experience, $75K – $100K per year and up.

-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, Associate's Degree with adequate experience considered.

-Minimum 3-5+ years of related experience in web handling, paper, converting, or similar industries.

-Solidworks proficiency preferred but will consider candidates with experience in other 3D software.

-Strong technical knowledge or ability to learn machining and manufacturing procedures and practices.
