Asotin County Community Services is seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual for a temporary Job Developer position based in Pullman, WA. This role focuses on empowering transition-aged youth (ages 16-21) and individuals with disabilities, providing them with essential job readiness training, worksite development, and valuable paid work experiences.

A successful candidate will be a natural communicator with a genuine desire to help others succeed and the ability to match applicants with employment opportunities that suit their unique skills and aspirations.

• Work one-on-one and in group settings to help clients increase their confidence, develop practical job skills, and connect with meaningful employment.

• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in human services, education, business, or a related field – or possess a solid combination of education and at least two years of relevant experience (such as providing job readiness or placement opportunities to individuals with disabilities).
• Prior experience in job development or sales is a plus.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug and background check.

This temporary opportunity offers competitive pay of $20.25/hour for up to 35 hours per week.
