Graphic Designer (Admin Position 1112-)
As the Graphic Designer you will design and produce original visual and multimedia materials in support of Enrollment Management marketing and communication efforts, with a primary focus on new student recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
Responsibilities- Design and produce visual and multimedia materials for enrollment marketing and communication efforts.
- Create original graphics, layouts, illustrations, presentations and video content aligned with institutional branding.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management stakeholders to develop concepts and messages for recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure all materials adhere to accessible design principles and institutional standards.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creativity with brand constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multi‑media, printing technology, or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years full‑time experience in concept development and design of high‑quality promotional materials.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Word Press, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of accessible design principles for all media formats.
- Familiarity with digital art, graphics layout, and illustration techniques.
- Experience working in higher education or a similar institutional setting.
- Experience with an established design system and project‑management tools.
- Strong communication skills with non‑design stakeholders and openness to feedback.
Full‑time, 100% FTE, permanent position. Overtime eligible.
Salary: $4,061.90–$6,092.84 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
