Dental Office Patient Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Rockstar Office Assistant to join Pullman's premier dental team.

• Oversee patient balances and send statements for collection.
• Maintain and manage accounts receivables.
• Support front desk staff by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calling insurance.
• Post payments and call insurance companies.
• Completion of KPI reports weekly.
• Send pre-authorization and provide patients with estimates.
• Scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical work.
• Make each visit the BEST dental experience our patients have ever had.
• Have 2+ years of experience working in a dental office – a great asset.

• Consistent follow-through.
• Be a  noticer , and always look for ways to improve.
• Organized and efficient with computer work and paperwork.
• Teachable: values feedback, and consistent improvement while remaining self-confident.
• Time management: always prioritize high-value activities.
• Reception experience is preferred.
• Dental knowledge is also preferred, but not required.
