We are seeking a qualified, caring, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a friendly and supportive private dental practice in Pullman, WA. The practice is committed to delivering exceptional oral healthcare in a welcoming, family-oriented environment where patients feel comfortable and valued.

Both experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply if they are passionate about patient care and professional growth.

• Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable, positive experience
• Review dental care plans and address patient questions
• Collect and document medical histories and vital signs
• Perform preliminary oral exams and assess oral health conditions
• Identify signs of gum disease, cavities, or oral infection
• Perform dental cleanings and apply fluoride treatments

• Associate's degree from a CODA-accredited dental hygiene program (Bachelor's or Master's preferred but not required)
• Active Dental Hygienist license
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and dental safety regulations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend as needed
