Part‑time, Full‑time. Standard Monday‑Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities. Preference for full‑time 4‑5 days per week, but part‑time considered.
We are a privately owned, community‑focused practice serving the friendly university towns of Moscow, Idaho, and Pullman, Washington. Our dedicated team includes two ophthalmologists and one optometrist, providing comprehensive eye care services that include primary vision care, medical optometry, and surgical co‑management.

Position Highlights- Competitive compensation:
Base range $150,000 – $170,000 plus a performance‑based bonus linked to collections; $10K sign‑on bonus. - Comprehensive benefits:
Approx. $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage of licensure fees, AOA dues, and malpractice insurance. - Supportive environment:
Collaborate closely with two ophthalmologists and another optometrist; mentorship opportunities in ocular disease management and surgical co‑management. - Flexible schedule:
Standard Monday‑Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities; full‑time preferred, part‑time considered. - Independence and growth:
Take charge of your clinic at Pullman, building a practice that fits your goals. - Diverse caseload:
Provide full‑scope optometry care, from routine eye exams and specialty contact lenses to managing ocular disease and post‑surgical care.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program (or pending).
- Eligibility for Idaho and Washington licensure (dual licensing assistance provided) (or pending).
- New graduates or experienced ODs welcome.
