OverviewThe Student Media Program Coordinator provides critical financial, staffing, and public‑liaison support for the Office of Student Media. Responsibilities include tracking advertising revenue, monitoring student production, processing stipends, managing office operations, and staffing the front desk.
Responsibilities- Track and report advertising revenue.
- Monitor student production activities and budgets.
- Process stipend payments.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations.
- Staff front desk and handle general office duties.
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a related program specialty or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience with financial activities such as purchasing, personnel and cost analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Excellent command of the English language and grammar.
- At least two years of professional work experience in higher education.
- Strong experience with Windows/Microsoft Office applications and web‑based management.
- Experience working with WSU systems (Workday, AIS, DEPPS, PERMS, etc.).
- Strong interest in the student experience at WSU.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with campus and community partners.
Monthly salary range: $3,665 to $4,882 (range 41, Steps A‑M). Overtime eligible. Full‑time (100% FTE) permanent position.
