As a Program Coordinator
, you will support the mission of the College of Education by responding to student, faculty and staff inquiries regarding field services and certification; assisting in the maintenance of complex records and the creation of various documents; working cooperatively with the Director of Field Services and Certification to provide program support associated with multi‑campus, state‑wide practicum placements; assisting in the completion of background clearances required for placement or employment in Washington public schools.

This is a full‑time permanent position, 100% FTE, overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $3,665.00 to $4,882.00 (Range 41 Steps A–M). Successful candidates typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.

Required Qualifications- High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
- Two years of experience in records management or equivalent experience.
- Proven organizational skills in a diverse environment.
