Organize and coordinate the Builder's Club program at Lincoln Middle School
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:
Building Assistant Principal
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful experience working with middle school age students
- BA degree in education
- Experience and/or appreciation of diverse student population
- Current building employee
- Work effectively with middle school students
- Take directions and follow through without direct supervision
- Work positively, respectfully, and consistently with students
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Builder's Club students
- Supervise students during Builder's Club events
- Possess and practice strong interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people both inside and outside the organization (staff, parents, community members, other agencies, etc.)
- Be a positive team builder who works in a collaborative manner
- Meet multiple demands in pressure situations and maintain high levels of quality work
- Maintain confidentiality
- Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- Regularly demonstrate professionalism in appearance, actions, decisions, and overall performance
- Work with minimal supervision and be flexible
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Salary:
Stipend Position: $1,310 - $1,535 per school year - Benefits/Leaves: N/A
