Duties
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of the Student Success Program and CRWR educational initiative, including curriculum review and approval, program development, website maintenance, promotion, advocacy of CRWR efforts, and routine program assessment for continuous improvement.
  • Design and deliver workshops, resources, and individual consultations that support faculty in integrating CRWR competences into teaching and learning.
  • Supervise and mentor the CAS Career Specialist and coordinate cross‑campus partnerships to advance integrated career readiness.
  • Lead the development and instruction of CRWR portfolio courses that enable students to articulate and demonstrate mastery of competencies aligned with career and workplace expectations.
Required Qualifications (All Ranks)
  • Ph.D., Ed.D., M.F.A., or other terminal degree, or a master’s degree plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience in higher education.
  • Demonstrated record of, or potential for, program leadership and management.
  • Demonstrated success in course design and pedagogy.
  • Demonstrated record of, or potential for, developing and delivering professional development programming on course design, pedagogy, and/or student career readiness.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated record of supporting, or potential to support, access and opportunity in leadership, teaching, and service in alignment with WSU’s land‑grant mission.
Preferred Qualifications (All Ranks)
  • Experience with online teaching/remote instruction.
  • Experience teaching a career‑oriented course or educational experience that incorporated professional development.
  • Demonstrated record of incorporating aspects of career readiness into own courses, pedagogy, and/or student mentoring.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canvas Portfolio or other portfolio software.
  • Experience supervising the work of others.
Monthly Salary

$61,111.11 to $91,666.67 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
