** Children's Center**, you will be responsible for following defined work procedures and priorities to meet the needs of enrolled children. Reporting to the Children’s Center Director and under the direction of ECPS 3 and 2 Teachers, examples of your responsibilities include following classroom work such as recording enrollment; preparing and organizing materials used by children for their projects; and monitoring activities such as nap times, free time, snacks, and lunches.

** Monthly Salary:** $3,327 to $4,406 | Range 36 Steps A - M | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

* Required Qualifications:
*** High School graduation or equivalent; OR equivalent education/experience.
* Six (6) months experience in an early learning program serving groups of young (birth to
5) and/or school age children OR equivalent education.
* Must be 18 years of age or older by time of hire.
Must meet the required criteria of having 12 aligned college credits in ECE Core Competencies or a CDA (Child Development Associate) within 5 years of hire. See the following links for more information.
