Overview
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a Project Manager (I/II/III) who is detail-oriented and customer focused to join our Government Services department. The role will lead development and research-based government contracts from award to completion, working closely with teams of engineers, technicians, and production personnel.
A customer-facing position requiring the ability to lead multifunctional projects while managing scope, schedule, and budget.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Responsibilities- Meet with customers and outline project details such as cost, timeline, and deliverables.
- Update and analyze schedules and budgets for multifunctional projects.
- Evaluate resource availability and manage assignments.
- Ensure purchase order requirements and customer specifications are met.
- US citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Two years of direct experience coordinating projects.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Excellent interpersonal skills working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
- Interest in growing career through challenging work.
- Desire to help make electric power safer, more reliable, and economical.
- Experience in product development projects.
