B.S. and/or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
6+ years’ experience in:
- Computer-aided design;
Solid Works preferred - Electronic manufacturing techniques
Technical expertise in two or more of the following areas:
- Heat transfer/electronics cooling
- Material selection and fabrication technologies
- Design for manufacturability
- Mechanics
- Electromechanical packaging design
Working knowledge of project management processes and procedures
Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability To Learn New Skills And Assume New ResponsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of one or more of the following:
- Industrial plastics
- Thermal modeling
- Finite element analysis
- Tool design
- 2+ years Solid Works experience
