SEL in Pullman, WA seeks a Process Engineering Technician to provide hands-on technical support on the floor, clarifying process requirements and resolving issues to keep production running smoothly. You will help improve yield, efficiency, and capacity across manufacturing equipment and processes.
The role involves documenting procedures, supporting tooling and process changes, and training operators and staff. Swing shift:
Mon–Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm, with a focus on safety and high-quality output.
