Conduct Support Specialist

The Conduct Support Specialist provides centralized organizational leadership for the Center for Community Standards. This role is responsible for developing, identifying, and implementing policies related to board member management and hearing scheduling. The position also leads Center for Community Standards recruitment efforts in alignment with WSU policies, manages a complex caseload, incident report intake, interprets university policies, and serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and campus partners regarding all Center for Community Standards processes and procedures.
Required QualificationsPositions require a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience.
A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Computer knowledge, including proficiency with Windows based computer system and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Human Development, Criminal Justice or related field.
- Experience interacting with college aged students in a professional setting.
Monthly Salary: $3,750.85 - $4,985.89, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
