This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Manager of Same Day Services at Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA. The Manager will oversee the operations of the Same Day Services department, ensuring efficient workflow, high‑quality patient care, and compliance with safety and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing resources, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication within the department and with other teams at the hospital.
The role also involves contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements and providing leadership that aligns with the hospital's standards and mission.
- Management and leadership skills to supervise and guide a team effectively, including staff scheduling and resource allocation

- Experience in clinical settings, specifically in same‑day surgical services or similar medical areas

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
