RN – Long Term Care (LTC) – Three Creeks Post Acute
Duration: 8 Weeks (preferred, extension possible)
Schedule:
Variable Days
Weekend focus:
Friday / Saturday / Sunday shifts preferred
Potential for extension based on performance and facility needs
Pay$52 – $54 per hour
Weekly Pay: $1,872 – $1,944/week
Required Credentials- Active RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Experience with 12-hour shifts preferred
- Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Document care accurately per facility standards
- Work closely with CNAs and care team
- Ensure resident safety and quality care delivery
- Support continuity of care across shifts
