Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Urgent Care) - Pullman, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time ( 36 hours/week) No Call

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing urgent care clinic in Pullman, WA.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to walk-in patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach. This is also an excellent opportunity to contribute to clinic operations and growth initiatives in a newly established setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries, including:
    Upper respiratory infections (URI), Urinary tract infections (UTI), Skin conditions

  • Manage minor injuries such as:
    Lacerations, Minor fractures, Sprains

  • Perform minor procedures, including suturing, Conduct splinting and point-of-care testing

  • Administer IV therapy in the clinic

  • Provide occupational health services as needed

  • Manage a diverse patient population across all age groups

Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible Washington State NP or PA license

  • Active or eligible DEA license

  • 2+ years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine

  • Experience with suturing and minor procedures

  • Comfortable treating patients of all ages

  • New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Productivity Bonus: $20 per patient above 25 patients per shift

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 total (50% paid at start/50% paid at 6 months)

Subject to repayment if employee leaves within 12 months
