Laundry Aide

We are Regency Pullman, a retirement and assisted living community that provides each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.

• Fold and distribute clean linens.
• Clean dryer lint screens.
• Inspect mechanical lift slings and sling straps for fraying and wear.
• Keep residents' closets and drawers orderly.
• Minimize infections by following aseptic techniques, including blood‑borne pathogens.
• Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.

• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Have compassion and an interest in working with the senior population.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
