Sleep Tech/Polysomnographic Technician
The base pay range for this position is $30.64-$47.70 Hourly however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Positions available on days and nights. Typically, 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week.

Conducts sleep studies, including diagnostic and therapeutic services. Deliver exceptional patient care and adhere to standards and guidelines established by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
A Day in the Life:
- Performs diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies.
- Review patient information and assure proper tests being performed.
- Observe and document sleep stages, clinical events, position changes, and other significant events such as cardiac arrhythmias, apneas, hypopneas, and movement disorders.
- Verify integrity of collected data.
- Implement appropriate intervention including bilevel positive airway pressure, supplemental oxygen, etc., including consulting with medical director regarding any concerns.
- Educates patients in sleep study procedures and responds to questions.
- Identify safety concerns and resolve identified issues.
This Job is For You if You Have:
- Successful completion of polysomnographic technician program and credentialed as RPSGT by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Excellent communication skills with physicians, colleagues, and patients.
- Ability to learn and utilize new technologies.
- Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
