Milestone is seeking compassionate Care Partners to assist residents with daily living in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide personal care, support meals, and relay changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team, ensuring safe, high-quality, individualized care daily.
Roles include following service plans, documenting changes, and promoting a respectful, safe environment for residents, families, and coworkers. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.
