** Benefits Partner
** to provide personalized support and guidance to our employee‑owners and their families through the
** SEL Healthcare Concierge Program**. The Concierge Program helps members navigate healthcare decisions by identifying high‑quality, fair‑value care and, when appropriate, coordinating direct billing on a case‑by‑case basis. In this role, you will serve as a
** trusted benefits advisor
** and key liaison between employees and the healthcare industry, helping to simplify complex systems and advocate for positive outcomes. You will play an important role in delivering a seamless benefits experience through employee education, thoughtful advocacy, and strong administrative execution.
** As a Benefits Partner, a typical day might include the following:
*** Support customers with benefits questions ranging from simple to complex through multiple channels, including email, phone, virtual meetings, and in‑person consultations.
* Provide personalized benefits and healthcare support that simplifies care navigation and empowers customers to make confident, informed choices.
* Serve as a trusted benefits advocate for employees across the organization, ensuring concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved with care.
* Support ongoing and cyclical activities, including training events, new‑employee orientation, and Open Enrollment.
* Conduct ongoing quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across benefits operations.

** Salary Range Data
** We anticipate filling this position as a Human Resources Partner $76,000 - $112,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
