Responsibilities

  • Supporting employees, leaders, and partners with leave‑related questions through email, phone, virtual meetings, and in‑person consultations

  • Collaborating with partners across the company to interpret and apply SEL policies, procedures, standards, Federal and State laws, and legal requirements

  • Documenting, automating, and improving leave administration processes and policies

  • Working with partners to understand and work through the interactive process for restrictions and ADA accommodations

  • Managing confidential files and other sensitive information with discretion

  • Conducting quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance

  • Applying knowledge of FMLA/PFM and workers’ compensation to both straightforward and complex situations

  • Managing leave requests and related processes within Workday

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across the organization

  • Working with various vendors regarding Leave, Workers’ Compensation, and Accommodations
