• Assist customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.

• Receptionist experience.
• Insurance industry experience.
