Schedule:

6:00am–2:30pm (overtime and weekends required). Pay: $20.75 per hour. Job level: 1.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily, ensuring labels face outward for customer ease.
• Rotate products to maintain quality, following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store, moving, stacking and assembling items according to supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner; return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

After a conditional offer, candidates must complete a pre‑employment screening that includes a criminal background check, drug screening, and, for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review. Base pay range is $20.75 per hour plus a bonus structure dependent on the role. Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
