MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE & PROPER PICK UP TRUCK. Need hardworking individuals for doorstep valet waste removal. Ideal profile: person with high attention to detail, highly motivated, excellent communication skills. Former military service members preferred. 5‑year contract work opportunity.

MUST OWN YOUR OWN GOOD CONDITION PICK‑UP TRUCK. NO VANS OR SUVs. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH.

Tasks include taking bagged trash from each building door and transporting to the on‑site trash compactor.

No experience required; just a good attitude and a late‑model pickup. Part‑time shift hours are Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

• Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash in cold, rain or shine, 5 days per week.
• Maintain good physical condition; climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door.
• Punctual:
  Must be on property at 7:55 PM sharp.
• Residents expect trash to be removed quietly as they’re ready for bed.
• Keep a clean late‑model pickup truck.
• Adhere to mandatory pickup schedule: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun‑Thursday.
• Communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager.
• Comfortable with smartphones and apps.
• Preferred:
  Federal Tax r; LLCs and Incs welcome.

• Must speak English.
• Pickup truck in good working condition.
• Smart phone.
