Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

As a Housekeeper at Three Creeks Post Acute, you play a vital role in resident wellbeing — a clean, comfortable environment isn't just nice to have, it's part of quality care. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to have you on our team.

• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily per facility procedures, respecting each resident's belongings and preferences
• Clean and maintain other facility areas as assigned (tub/shower rooms, offices, kitchen, day rooms, activity rooms, halls, lobby, utility rooms, nurses' stations, linen areas)
• Treat residents with dignity and respect in all interactions
• Follow infection control policies and procedures
• Properly secure cleaning chemicals per safety protocol
• Promptly report needed repairs to your supervisor
• Assist with weekly/monthly deep-cleaning projects as needed
• Respond appropriately in emergencies or disaster situations
• Attend required in-service training and staff meetings

• Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No prior experience required; housekeeping experience in a long‑term care or institutional setting a plus
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and disinfecting principles
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, cooperative attitude
• Dependability and a neat, professional appearance
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks independently
