AgHires is looking for a Farm Manager Mentor to provide training to a new Farm Manager at the Pullman Farm. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the farming or agriculture sectors, possess a pesticide applicator license, and be proficient in MS Office applications. This role involves hands-on mentorship and requires physical capability for training and equipment maintenance.

Competitive compensation of $32/hr for 8 hours a week with travel allowances may apply.
