Position Summary
Position Summary:
What you will do includes recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. You will coordinate job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
You will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity, and implement related action plans. Respect the individual by building high‑performing teams, embracing differences, creating a culture of belonging, and providing opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

Key ResponsibilitiesNavigate complex business issues in a fast‑moving environment that involves many functional stakeholders, ensuring team members have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and are focused on priorities. Own and lead change initiatives and improvement projects to increase efficiencies and business performance, tactically coordinate cross‑functional resources, and build high‑performing teams. Work collaboratively to build strong and trusting relationships, communicate with impact and positivity, and influence stakeholders to meet business goals.

- 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition with state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
- Associates must attend and complete all job‑required training and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U and Bellevue University).
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
The annual salary range for this position is $71,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, Complex Structure based on external factors, and Washington State differential: $10,000 (Annually) for the Coach position.
