Director of Women’s Ministry
Position SummaryThe Director of Women’s Ministry is a Spirit-filled missionary leader who forms women into confident daughters of the Father and bold witnesses of Jesus Christ. This role is boots-on-the-ground evangelization, accompanying women into healing, identity, and courageous mission through Sacred Scripture, sacramental life, and openness to the Holy Spirit.
Working side-by-side with Outreach, this Director moves women from encounter to deep discipleship and sends them as joyful missionaries of the Church. This position requires flexibility and adaptability. Responsibilities are contingent upon the unique gifts of the individual and collaboration with the staff team. In addition to primary responsibilities, this Director will personally lead at least one weekly discipleship study or women’s group, modeling spiritual motherhood and multiplication.
Key Responsibilities Evangelization & Discipleship- Lead weekly women’s formation gatherings grounded in Scripture, sacramental devotion, and charismatic prayer within Catholic tradition.
- Provide intentional one-on-one discipleship, calling women into holiness, freedom, and leadership.
- Maintain strong campus presence, actively inviting, pursuing, and accompanying women in their faith journey.
- Partner directly with Outreach in evangelistic initiatives, follow-up, and missionary engagement.
- Raise up student leaders who multiply discipleship among their peers.
- Encourage deep Eucharistic devotion, frequent Confession, daily prayer, and spiritual discipline.
- Create environments where women can respond to the Holy Spirit and grow in boldness.
This role is relational, evangelistic, and spiritually maternal.
- Receive and invest in women ready for deeper commitment from Outreach.
- Coordinate leadership formation with Student Leadership.
- Participate fully in weekly staff meetings and strategic planning.
- Track student growth and discipleship intentionally.
- Remain flexible and responsive to mission needs and the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
- Practicing Catholic woman in full communion with the Church.
- College degree & minimal experience of 3 years leading
- Mature prayer life rooted in Scripture and sacramental living.
- Experience in discipleship, mentoring, and relational ministry.
- FOCUS, SPO, or missionary background strongly preferred.
- Comfort with charismatic prayer and Spirit-led ministry.
- Strong relational warmth with the ability to call women into courageous holiness.
- Flexible, collaborative, and mission-driven.
