- Pay: $2594.56 to $2787.52 weekly
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: 3, 12‑Hour 19:00 – 07:00

- Licensure: WA License or Compact License
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid WA Nurse License or Compact License
- Facility Type: Critical Access

- Facility Level Trauma: Level 4
- Facility Bed Count: 25
