Travel Registered Nurse Home Health

Overview

Registered Nurse - Home Health travel assignment in Pullman, WA starting 07/06/2026 for 14 weeks, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts. This travel position requires current RN licensure, home health experience, and the ability to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.

  Home health care (travel assignment delivering nursing care in patients’ homes)

• Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs; document findings and share with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care; update as patient needs change.
• Gather data on physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural factors influencing health status and integrate into the Plan of Care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records, documenting visits, contacts, problems, plans, actions, and goals; ensure changes are reflected promptly.
• Provide care with appropriate infection control measures; educate patients and families on care, medications, home safety, and self-care practices.
• Supervise and provide clinical directions to Home Health Aides, STNAs, and LVNs as assigned to ensure continuity and quality of service.

• Current state RN license — Required
• CPR certification — Required
• CHPN certification — Preferred
• Valid driver’s license — Required
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance — Required
• 1-2 years RN experience in a clinical care setting — Required
• 2+ years of home health experience — Required
• OASIS experience — Required
• Homecare Homebase software experience — Required
• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma — Required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing — Preferred
