Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Three Creeks Post Acute | $22–$26/hr

Shifts:

• 6 AM - 2 PM

• 2 PM - 10 PM

• NOC - $.75 - $1 shift differential

Make a real difference in residents' daily lives at Three Creeks Post Acute. We're hiring compassionate CNAs for both day and evening shifts to provide hands‑on care that helps residents maintain dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life in a true homelike environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care that supports each resident's plan of care and helps them maintain or improve their abilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding - from light set‑up help to more hands‑on support

• Protect residents' rights, dignity, and self‑determination, offering choices in their daily routine

• Observe changes in resident behavior and report them promptly to the nurse

• Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols

• Document resident care and condition accurately in the resident's record

• Stay in regular communication with the charge nurse throughout your shift

What You'll Need

• Current CNA certification

• Compassion for residents and genuine interest in their wellbeing

• Strong communication skills and reliability as part of a care team

• Ability to follow care plans and facility procedures consistently
