The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing or delegating responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
CompensationHourly rate: $18.50.

Job Responsibilities- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customers’ needs
- Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons’ identification
- Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, and co‑workers
- Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
- Must be able to work on specific dates: 9/5/26, 9/12/26, 10/10/26, 10/17/26, 10/31/26, 11/21/26
- Previous food service experience required
- Must obtain food safety and MAST certification
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required
- Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments
- Ability to establish relationships with guests and co‑workers
- Demonstrated organizational skills to improve efficiency
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to unforeseen changes
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism in daily assignments
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent guest service skills
- Flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. It may also require uniforms and/or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
