Overview

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our WSU store located at 902 NE Colorado Street Pullman, WA 99163, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and you bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

• Starting pay of $17.00 - $17.25/hr.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve on a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining zero shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area

• Prior customer–service focused experience – preferred
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
