In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, packaging, and displaying fresh fruit products, ensuring they are of the highest quality and freshness for our customers. • Welcome and greet customers with a smile and help them to locate various produce items.
• Assist customers by answering questions about our produce and provide recommendations.
• Wash, peel, cut, and package various types of fresh produce. Stock and rotate fresh produce.
• Regularly check the freshness of fruits and vegetables on display. Ensure all produce is fresh.
• Remove produce items that do not meet our quality standards and/or show signs of spoilage.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist to ensure the produce display area is always well-stocked.
• Keep up to date with present, future, seasonal and special ads in the produce department.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and passion for produce
