Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, and on-site maintenance for Canon-supported products while meeting high service standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management with supporting documentation, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, and on‑site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical documentation, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance that helps achieve branch/district metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete a 120‑day introductory period and PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel as required.
• Ability to obtain necessary security or other clearances to enter customer premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).

Hourly rate: $19.00 – $26.31. Eligible for a transportation allowance.
