The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Technician II to support maintenance, preventive tasks, and turnover preparation at the assigned property. You will work to ensure safety and reliability of building systems while delivering excellent service to residents.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in general maintenance, HVAC/CPO credentials, and strong problem-solving abilities. This full-time role requires a valid license and flexibility for after-hours work as needed.
