Asotin County Community Services is seeking a temporary job developer in Pullman to assist individuals with disabilities in finding a job. Students with at least 2 years of college credits and experience working with individuals with disabilities, or graduates with a Bachelors Degree in social work or a human services related field are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Job Creation and Placement:
  Job developers actively seek out job openings and create opportunities for clients, often working with employers to understand their hiring needs.
• Client Assessment:
  They assess client’s skills, interests, and backgrounds to match them with suitable job openings or training programs.
• Coaching and Support:
  Job developers provide coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, and other professional skills to enhance employability.
• Networking:
  They establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job openings and secure employment opportunities for clients.
