Embark on a rewarding school‑based role supporting high school students for the  academic year. This full‑time contract‑to‑hire opportunity allows you to make a direct impact while developing your expertise in a vibrant educational setting near Pullman, WA.

As a valued member of the student support team, you’ll provide crucial services to high schoolers, dedicating 37.5 hours each week to evaluations, assessments, and direct counseling support. Your experience as a School Psychologist or Counselor will be key in fostering a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience
  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist or Counselor
  • Experience working with high school students in an educational setting
  • Expertise in conducting student evaluations and providing counseling services
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, comfortable liaising with educators and families
  • Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to evolving student needs
Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, interventions, and consultation
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement student support plans
  • Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, offering insights to inform student accommodations
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and records for all services provided
