Software Engineer Intern

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual for an ERP Software Engineer Internship with our Information Services department in Pullman, WA. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. As an ERP Software Engineer Intern, a typical day might include the following:

* Providing technical support to SEL users around the world.

* Soliciting requirements from SEL process owners.

* Participating in code reviews.

* Supporting SEL's software development process.

This job might be for you if:

* You are a current sophomore or junior student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent with at least one year of technical coursework completed.

* You have programming experience in SQL, Python, C# or equivalent programming language, or are eager to learn.

* You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

* You can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

* You can work cooperatively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with or interest in SQL, Python, or C#.

* Experience with relational database concepts.

* Experience with software engineering concepts.

* Experience with customer service, business, finance, or sales

Pay Range Data

($24.25 - $30.00 per hour)
