Assistant Coach / Director of Operations – Women’s Volleyball

Washington State University is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Volleyball Coach / Director of Operations to support the competitive and operational success of the Women’s Volleyball program within an NCAA Division I environment. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant volleyball coaching, operations, and/or elite playing experience; collegiate or NCAA experience is preferred.

• Coordinate all aspects of team travel.
• Serve as the primary liaison with athletic department operations staff.
• Oversee planning and execution of volleyball camps and clinics.
• Manage camp staffing, scheduling, registration, and day‑of operations.
• Assist with daily practices and training sessions.
• Lead position‑specific development as assigned (preferably setters or passers).
• Contribute to recruiting, scouting, video breakdown, and match preparation.
• Support administrative functions of the program.
• Maintain full compliance with NCAA, conference, and university policies.
