Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic accounts. The position offers a daily salary, great home time, and excellent benefits. Training in cryogenics is provided, so prior experience is not required, but mandatory tanker and hazmat endorsements must be held at the time of application.

• First‑year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Drivers start at $300.30 per day with a $3.00 daily increase every six months, capped at $324.00 per day. Training new hires in cryogenics earns an additional $100 per day.
• Shadow training: each driver runs their own truck while a trainer runs theirs. Drivers receive $125 per day and a $1,000 bonus at training completion. Trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmission; slip‑seating is not used.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including one week of vacation in the first year, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching.
• Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to work in all 48 states. Option to opt out of any region is not allowed.
• Home breaks of up to 7 days are paid, with company covering round‑trip flights. If within 200 miles of home, drivers are responsible for the drive. Drivers may stay out longer than 21 days but home time per stay is capped at 7 days, unless vacation is scheduled.

Flight requirements:
Drivers must be willing to fly; otherwise the position will not be offered.

Eligibility restrictions:

• Any felony conviction renders the applicant ineligible.
• Failure or refusal to complete a DOT drug test, even if SAP is completed, results in ineligibility.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving within the last three years.
• Clean-to-acceptable motor vehicle record.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the past five years.
