Assura cherche un Responsable Formation, Développement & Events pour définir et déployer la politique de formation du Groupe. Vous dirigez le service formation, anticipez les besoins et les traduis en parcours adaptés, en collaboration avec les managers et les métiers.
Vous développez les programmes de leadership, accompagnez l’onboarding et organisez des workshops et événements fédérateurs, tout en garantissant la qualité des activités (LMS, catalogue et prestataires).
