Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Leadership Team . This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully on-site and involves extended working hours, making personal mobility essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and communicate updates effectively
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive documentation
Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
Screen, prioritize, and manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the Leadership Team
Maintain confidential documents, records, and sensitive information with discretion
Support the Leadership Team with ad-hoc administrative, operational, and coordination tasks
Act as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Facilitate smooth communication flow and timely updates across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (Leadership Team / CXO / Business Head)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
Must own a personal vehicle for daily commute and business-related coordination, as required
Preferred Skills
Prior experience supporting a senior leadership team or business leaders
Proficiency in calendar management tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms
Experience working in global or multinational organizations
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
