What You’ll Do
- Own the project calendar and keep schedules up to date
- Follow up with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards
- Support the Project Manager in daily operational and admin activities
- Act as the central point of coordination for the entire project team
- Assist with basic logistical activities such as arranging calls, follow-ups, and meetings
- Handle any additional coordination tasks required for the smooth functioning of the project.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Excellent follow-up discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / basic project tools
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in admin, coordination, or project support is an added advantage
