Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Support Coordinator. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining customer records. The Sales Support Coordinator will also assist in preparing sales proposals, tracking sales order progress, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients. The role requires handling administrative tasks, generating reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications

Strong English verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data entry skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage deadlines efficiently
Problem-solving aptitude and a client-focused approach
Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field relevant experience required
