About the Role
We are seeking a highly polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to leadership team.
This role requires exceptional organizational ability, executive presence, confidentiality, and the capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Complex Calendar Management:  Manage dynamic schedules, high-volume meetings, and cross-time zone coordination
Travel Management:  End-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport, and detailed itineraries
Travel Expense Submission & Reimbursements:  Accurate preparation, submission, and tracking of executive travel expense reports
Visa Processing:  Coordinate documentation and processing for domestic and international travel
Presentation & Report Preparation:  Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive briefs
Minutes of Meeting (MOM):  Capture, circulate, and track action items from leadership meetings
Executive Communication:  Draft and manage professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Confidentiality & Discretion:  Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
Stakeholder coordination across departments and external partners

Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience supporting Senior Leadership team
Strong expertise in complex calendar management and travel coordination
Proven experience in travel expense submission and reimbursement processes
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong follow-up, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a structured office environment

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
