User Experience Designer

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to recommend optimal creative solutions that have maximum impact.
- Ability to ideate and execute creative solutions with minimal guidance, taking ownership of design projects and ensuring their successful delivery to a high standard.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Advanced skills in Figma & Fig Jam
- Understand business requirements and gather insights by collaborating with business users and product owners
• Conduct Design Thinking, Discovery, and Framing workshops to define user problems and solutions
• Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions
- Own end-to-end product design responsibility across all stages of the design lifecycle
• Follow established UI/UX processes and best practices, ensuring regular design reviews and quality standards
• Assist in gathering requirements, user research, and usability insights.
• Decide on the appropriate design tools, technologies, and methodologies for project execution
• Create wireframes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure design handoff and implementation align with UX standards.
- Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement within the design team Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to support design initiatives.
• Participate in team discussions, Ideations, design reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment.
